His supervisor, James Ericson, has reviewed his performance as it relates <br />to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br />Officer Ben Knitter (School Resource Officer) is a current employee with the Mounds View <br />Police Department. His supervisor, Interim Police Chief Tom Kinney, has reviewed his <br />performance as it relates to her responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Community Development Director Roberts has satisfactory <br />performed in the capacity of his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment is <br />consistent with the Mounds View Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Officer Knitter has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position, and therefore, a <br />longevity wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS Police Officers Union Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7632, approving Community Development <br />Director Robert’s step wage increase and Officer Knitter’s longevity wage increase. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
