Over the past <br />year, we have along with most developers have had hard time getting bank funding so with the <br />way the economy has changed we feel that the bonding process is the right way to push <br />forward Therefore, <br /> <br />Based on these changed circumstances, we respectfully request that re-approval of the final <br />plat and development agreement for this project be added to the City Council agenda for its <br />June 14th, 2010 meeting. We have made no changes to the project as originally conceived and <br />as approved in October 2008 and the demand for assisted living facilities within the City has not <br />changed.
