Her supervisor, Desaree Crane, has reviewed his performance as it relates <br />to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br />Part Time Cable Television Technician Michael Strand is a current employee with the City <br />of Mounds View. His supervisor, Vanessa Van Alstine, has reviewed his performance as it <br />relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br />Police Officer Greggory Neumann is a current employee with the Mounds View Police <br />Department. His supervisor, Sergeant Menard has reviewed his performance as it relates <br />to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br />Police Officer Nicholas Erikson is a current employee with the Mounds View Police <br />Department. His Supervisor, Interim Chief Kinney, has reviewed his performance as it <br />relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Vanessa Van Alstine has satisfactory performed in the capacity of <br />her position, and therefore a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the <br />AFSCME Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />It was determined that Michael Strand has satisfactory performed in the capacity of his <br />position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Personnel <br />Manual. <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Greggory Neumann has satisfactory performed in the <br />capacity of his position, and therefore, a step wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS <br />Police Officers Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
