City Administrator Ericson indicated the proper 30 <br />fees had been paid. 31 <br /> 32 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. Resolution 7639, Approving Independent Contractor Agreements for 2010 38 <br />Tree Removals with Upper Cut Tree Services and 4 Seasons Tree Care. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Council Member Mueller commented on the services provided by the tree care service 41 <br />companies. She explained both provided great service to the City last year and each has agreed 42 <br />to give continued contract services at the same price as 2009. 43 <br /> 44
