RESOLUTION 7581 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING STEP AND WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR JAMES ERICSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James Ericson is the City Administrator for the City of Mounds View, <br />having been appointed as such on February 11, 2008; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator Ericson’s supervisors, the Mounds View City <br />Council, have reviewed his performance as it relates to the responsibilities outlined in his <br />job description; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that James Ericson <br />has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of City Administrator, as documented in his <br />performance reviews on file; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a corresponding step and wage adjustment would be consistent with <br />the Employment Agreement on file. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to City Administrator James Ericson, as indicated in <br />the chart below: <br /> <br />DATE OF CURRENT <br />POSITION <br />CURRENT STEP & <br />WAGE <br />STEP & WAGE <br />ADJUSTMENT <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />OF ADJUSTMENT <br />February 11, 2008 Step 3: $47.30 / hr Step 4: $49.92 / hr August 24, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
