CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />DISCUSS UNION LABOR CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson and Council reviewed and discussed the status of the LELS <br />Police (Officers) Union Arbitration.
