Riggs <br /> <br />The above-named persons, by notice given hereunder, may designate different addresses to which <br />subsequent notices, certificates or other communications will be sent. <br /> <br /> Section 6.02. Binding Effect. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding <br />upon the Lessee and the City and their respective successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> Section 6.03. Severability. In the event any provision of this Lease shall be held invalid or <br />unenforceable by any court or competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or render <br />unenforceable any other provision hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 6.04. Amendments, Changes and Modifications. This Lease may be amended or <br />any of its terms modified only by written amendment authorized and executed by the City and the <br />Lessee. <br /> <br /> Section 6.05. Further Assurances and Corrective Instruments. The Lessee and the City <br />agree that they will, if necessary, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, <br />acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may <br />reasonably be required for correcting any inadequate or incorrect description of the Site or for <br />carrying out the expressed intention of this Lease. <br /> <br /> Section 6.06. Execution in Counterparts. This Lease may be simultaneously executed in <br />several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and <br />the same instrument. <br />
