<br />I. BUILDING/COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RELATED FEES

<br />A. VALUATION TABLE

<br />The following Valuation Table shall be used to determine fees for those permits indicated below and
<br />in all cases where the work is of such a nature that the permit fees cannot be determined from the
<br />schedule established below for such work. The minimum fee for all permits shall be $23.50 $29.50
<br />unless otherwise specified.
