Crane, Assistant City Clerk-Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 7402 Approving a Transfer of Restaurant <br />License from Domino’s LLC., to Hat Trick Pizza, Inc. <br />(doing business as Domino’s Pizza), Located at 2548 <br />County Highway 10 in Mounds View, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Domino’s LLC., is transferring ownership of Domino’s Pizza, located at 2548 County <br />Highway 10 in Mounds View, to Hat Trick Pizza, Inc. The business will continue to operate <br />as Domino’s Pizza. All application and fees have been paid. As stated in the Mounds <br />View City Code all restaurants must be licensed in the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Restaurant License transfer for <br />Domino’s Pizza, located at 2548 County Highway 10 in Mounds View from Domino’s LLC <br />to Hat Trick Pizza, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree M.
