RESOLUTION 7398 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTING THE COUNTY ROAD 10 TRAIL, <br />SEGMENTS 9 & 10 PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br />WHEREAS, Jay Bros., Incorporated has requested that acceptance <br />and final payment be made by the City for the County Road 10 Trail, Segments 9 <br />& 10 Project; and <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS,the original contract amount was $450,920.71, the <br />actual final construction cost is $452,738.61 and the final payment amount is <br />$39,214.57. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The County Road 10 Trail, Segments 9 & 10 Project is hereby accepted. <br />2.
