Hearing no public comment, the public 4 <br />hearing was closed. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mr. Anderson indicated that both sides of the duplex are vacant and there is debris that needs to 7 <br />be removed. 8 <br /> 9 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7388, 10 <br />Code Violations Abatement – 5055 and 5057 Sunny Side Road (Oberstar). 11 <br /> 12 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 13 <br /> 14 <br />3. Resolution 7383 Approving Members to Various City Commissions and 28 <br />Committees. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Assistant City-Clerk Administrator Crane reviewed Resolution 7383 outlining the appointments 31 <br />to Commissions and Committees for 2009. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Valerie Amundsen said that she would like to have new thoughts and new members on 34 <br />commissions. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Brian Amundsen agreed and said that a fresh perspective could generate new ideas and he thinks 37 <br />it is important to appoint new people to commissions. He then said that there are positions 38 <br />available on the Charter Commission if anyone is interested. 39 <br /> 40 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Mueller.
