February 9, 2009 Item No. 7B <br />Page 4 <br />The City has received an extension from the Metropolitan Council to May 1, 2009 <br />for the approval of their Comprehensive Plan. It is seen from the schedule <br />shown above that approval of the LSWMP is anticipated to be compatible with <br />the schedule for the overall Comprehensive Plan. <br />Recommendation: <br />Resolution 7408 has been prepared in accordance with the LSWMP approval <br />and adoption schedule identified above.
