In past years, concern was expressed 14 <br />that these funds went outside the community. Staff has told Bethlehem Baptist Church that the 15 <br />City was grateful for the contribution and wanted the funds to benefit Mounds View residents. 16 <br />The Church will prepare a letter for Council consideration and resolution at a future point. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Council Member Mueller referenced the question raised by Mr. Gustafson related to Woodcrest 19 <br />Park. Council Member Gunn stated there may be issues with maintenance of this holding pond, 20 <br />cattails, and weeds because it is to remain as untouched natural drainage. Clerk-Administrator 21 <br />Ericson stated he will ask the Park and Recreation Commission to review that issue, usage of 22 <br />Woodcrest Park, maintenance, or if the equipment would be better utilized in another park. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Finance Director Beer reported on the North Suburban Cable Technical Advisory Committee 25 <br />meeting and difficulty with auditing Comcast ad revenues. Should they find Comcast in 26 <br />noncompliance, they could impose a penalty of $2,500 for each day of noncompliance. This may 27 <br />involve a court action and the Committee can draw on their letter of credit to access those funds. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Community Development Director Roberts congratulated Planner Heidi Heller who delivered a 30 <br />baby girl on Sunday and will be on maternity leave until the first week in May. The Council 31 <br />added their best wishes to the Heller family. 32 <br /> 33 <br />C. Reports of City Attorney 34 <br /> 35 <br />City Attorney Riggs referenced his summary report and offered to answer Council’s questions. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Flaherty asked whether legal fees for the Silver Lake Woods Condominiums were being 38 <br />shared by the Association. Attorney Riggs advised that the Association understands the City 39 <br />would be made whole for all of these costs. 40 <br /> 41 <br />12.
