The National Sports Center and the Metro North Chamber are working on <br />bylaws and creating a budget for the potential new CVB. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mounds View’s involvement with a CVB is crucial since the City itself has limited <br />funds to spend on marketing.
