<br />REVISED AS OF MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2009 AT 5:30PM <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7441 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REVISING THE 2009 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 2009 Fee Schedule needs to be revised to reflect a Cleanup <br />Deposit of $250.00 for anyone applying for an Outdoor Special Event; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 2009 Fee Schedule needs to be revised to reflect an <br />Administrative Hearing Filing Fee of $50.00 for property based nuisance code violations; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all revisions to the Fee Schedule must be adopted by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve the revisions to add a $250.00 Cleanup Refundable <br />Deposit for anyone applying for an Outdoor Special Event, and a $50.00 Filing Fee for <br />residents filing for an Administrative Hearing for property based nuisance code violations, <br />to the 2009 Fee Schedule. . <br /> <br /> Adopted this 13th day of April, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
