MN 551 13 <br />Ph: 651-604-4803 <br />Fx: 651-636-1311 <br />joe.rhein@bonestroo.com <br />Project Name: County Road 10 -Trail Segments 1-5 <br />Purpose: Construction of a 10 foot wide bituminous pedestrian trail, parallel to County Road 10 from Red <br />Oak Drive to Edgewood Road and St. Stevens Street to County Road H. <br />Site Size: 1.7 miles of trail will be constructed within the County Road 10 corridor increasing the <br />impervious area by 1.56 acres from 56.35 acres of existing impervious surface to 57.91 acres of <br />proposed impervious surface. <br />Location: Project is located in the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, MN. Trail construction is <br />proposed to parallel County Road 10 from Red Oak Drive to Edgewood Road and St. Stevens Street to <br />County Road H. <br />m: Section 7, 8 and 18, T30N, R23W <br />District Rule: C. F <br />Recommendations: Conditional Approval Pending Receipt of Changes (CAPROC) <br />It is recommended that this Permit Application 08-073 be given Conditional Approval Pending Receipt of <br />Changes (CAPROC) and outstanding items related to the following items. <br />Rule D - Erosion and Sediment Control <br />1. The applicant did not submit an NPDES permit. The applicant must submit a signed copy of <br />the NPDES permit to the RCWD after a contractor is chosen for the project. (Rule D.4(9)) <br />2. Storm sewer inlet protection is required during construction activities at culvert crossing #I <br />(Rule D.3) <br />Administrative <br />3. The applicant must submit endorsed Application for the Withdrawal of Wetland Credits <br />from the Minnesota Wetland Bank or endorsed Purchase Agreement for Wetland Banking <br />Credits. <br />Stipulations: The permit will be issued with the following stipulations as conditions of the permit.
