It also deletes the original contract quantity and unit price for the slip lining bid item. <br />Part B: <br />Part B of this Change Order adds the total quantity of slip lining to be performed to the contract, and also identifies the revised unit <br />price for the slip lining item. <br />Owner: City of Mounds View, 2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Contractor: North Valley, Inc., 20015 Iguana St. NW, Nowthen, MN 55330 <br />Bond Company: <br />This Change Order modifies the non-intrusive sanitary sewer repairs to be performed as part of the project. The original contract <br />included several spot repairs of the sanitary sewer system, including chemical sealing of individual pipe joints, and installation of <br />short length (5 to 10 feet) cured in place liners. In addition to the spot repairs the original contract also included cured in place slip <br />lining of one complete segment of sanitary sewer main from manhole to manhole. <br />This Change Order will provide for performing cured in place slip lining for several additional segments of the sanitary sewer from <br />manhole to manhole. For those segments of sanitary sewer where a spot repair was originally included in the contract but that will <br />now be slip lined for their entire length, the work for individual spot repairs is no longer necessary.
