Consult with City staff and MnDOT personnel regarding necessary <br />revisions to the Agreement and finalize Agreement. Review Wetland Mitigation <br />Agreement and Revised Wetland Mitigation Agreement. Consult with City staff <br />and City Engineer and other City consultants regarding revisions. Per City <br />request, revise Easement to divide it into two separate documents: permanent <br />easement and temporary easement and forward same back to City staff. Matter is <br />presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-179: 2009-2010 Street Improvement Project. Consult with City staff regarding <br />contract project. Review construction contracts and insurance certificates. <br />Consult with City staff, City Engineer, insurance carrier and contractor regarding <br />same.
