Outdoor Special Event Policy. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane advised that under the Outdoor Special Event Policy, City 4 <br />sponsored events (Music in the Park) have to pay a fee and asked for Council direction. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Council consensus was reached to direct staff to prepare an ordinance amendment. 7 <br /> 8 <br />3. Administration Report. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson presented his memorandum of administrative updates. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson advised that the I-35W Corridor Coalition membership fee of 13 <br />$6,000 has not yet been paid, a number of communities have dropped out of the Coalition, and 14 <br />Joe Strauss would like an opportunity to make a presentation before the Council determines 15 <br />whether to maintain membership.
