General discussions with staff regarding various City matters, <br />etc. Review staff reports regarding ordinance revisions. <br /> <br />MU210-4: Charter Commission. Review proposed Charter revision language, resolution and <br />ordinance. Consult with City staff. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-26: The Mermaid. Review staff report regarding consideration of the Mermaid 2nd <br />Addition Final Plat. Draft Hold Harmless Agreement, Division Opinion Request <br />Letter, and proposed Party Wall Agreement. Forward same to City staff. <br />Conference with City staff regarding applicable building code provisions. Legal <br />research regarding same. Revise Agreements and Division Opinion Request. <br />Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-43: Silver Lake Woods Condominium Association. Work with City staff and City <br />engineer to determine requirements that SLWCA needs to undertake regarding <br />roads. Work with attorney Pat Brinkman regarding matter. Revise Street <br />Transfer Agreement (with attached easements) using new legal descriptions from <br />the City Engineer and Petition and Waiver Agreement and forward same to City <br />staff and Brinkman for review and approval. Easements have been signed by <br />Association and will be recorded with Ramsey County. Matter is presenting <br />pending.
