To Approve the Monday, June 22, 2009 agenda as 23 <br />presented. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Flaherty announced an executive session would be held following the meeting this 26 <br />evening to discuss labor negotiations. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mike Read, 2208 Lois Drive, stated his concern with how often the Code Enforcement Officer 33 <br />and Police Officers have been to his property. Mayor Flaherty stated there are extenuating 34 <br />circumstances with Mr. Read’s property and asked Community Development Director Roberts to 35 <br />assure Mr. Read is not being harassed by the City. 36 <br /> 37 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 38 <br /> A. Annual Public Meeting for SWPPP. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Surface Water Technician Fleischhacker provided a PowerPoint presentation defining the Storm 41 <br />Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mayor Flaherty asked how detection of problems takes place. Surface Water Technician 44 <br />Fleischhacker explained one method would be to televise storm sewers. 45
