RESOLUTION 7477 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR AREA C OF THE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution 7045 <br />establishing the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />7176 approving the Street and Utility Improvement Program based on the <br />recommendations of the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 22, 2008 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />7339 authorizing preliminary survey activities for Area C of the Street and Utility <br />Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 9, 2009 the City Council adopted Resolution 7420 <br />authorizing preparation of a preliminary feasibility report for Area C of the Street and <br />Utility Improvement Program and selecting Bonestroo as the consulting firm to assist <br />the City in preparation of that report; and <br />WHEREAS,development of the preliminary feasibility report has <br />proceeded with appropriate guidance from the Streets and Utilities Committee and input <br />from the public; and <br />WHEREAS,Bonestroo has completed the preliminary feasibility report for <br />Area C of the Street and Utility Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS,the findings of the preliminary feasibility report for Area C are <br />consistent with the intent of the Street and Utility Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS,the preliminary feasibility report has found the proposed <br />improvements for Area C of the Street and Utility Improvement Program to be <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
