ORDINANCE 829 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1111 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE BY DELETING THE R-O, RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT, AND AMENDING CHAPTERS 1008, 1104, 1105, 1121 AND 1124 TO REMOVE ALL REFERENCES TO THE R-O ZONING DISTRICT FROM THE CITY CODE The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION 1: Chapter 1111 is hereby deleted. SECTION 2: Chapter 1008 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with the proposed additions underlined and the deletions stricken as follows: Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 2. and Chapter 1008.09, Subd. 3 Subd. 3.
