Ordinance 829 Page 4 SECTION 5: Chapter 1105 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with the proposed additions underlined and the deletions stricken as follows: Chapter 1105.01: Districts Established: Subd. 1. Establishment of Districts: The following zoning classifications are hereby established within the City: a. Residential Districts: R-1, Single-Family Residential District R-2, Single- and Two-Family Residential District R-3, Medium Density Residential District R-4, High Density Residential District R-5, Mobile Home District R-0, Residential/Office District SECTION 6: Chapter 11121 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with the proposed additions underlined and the deletions stricken as follows: 1121.09: STALL, AISLE AND DRIVEWAY DESIGN: Subd. 1. Dimensions: b. Maximum Residential Driveway Widths: (For the purpose of this subsection, the width of a driveway in an R-1, R-2 or R-5 District shall include any parallel- attached parking area): Residential Zoning District Maximum Driveway Width R-1, Single-Family Residential Thirty-five feet (35') or the width of the garage plus an additional twelve feet (12'), whichever is greater.
