Establishment of Districts: The following zoning classifications are hereby <br />established within the City: <br /> <br /> a. Residential Districts: <br /> <br /> R-1, Single-Family Residential District <br /> R-2, Single- and Two-Family Residential District <br /> R-3, Medium Density Residential District <br /> R-4, High Density Residential District <br /> R-5, Mobile Home District <br /> R-0, Residential/Office District <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 6: Chapter 11121 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with the <br />proposed additions underlined and the deletions stricken as follows: <br /> <br />1121.09: STALL, AISLE AND DRIVEWAY DESIGN: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Dimensions: <br /> <br /> b. Maximum Residential Driveway Widths: (For the purpose of this subsection, <br />the width of a driveway in an R-1, R-2 or R-5 District shall include any parallel- <br />attached parking area): <br />Residential Zoning District Maximum Driveway Width <br />R-1, Single-Family Residential Thirty-five feet (35') or the width of the garage plus an <br />additional twelve feet (12'), whichever is greater. <br />R-2, Zero Lot Line Subdivisions Width of the garage servicing dwelling unit. (Refer to <br />Section 1107.07, subdivision. 3d and 3e of this Title if <br />driveways are combined.). <br />R-2, Single and Two-Family Residential If driveways are separate, width of the garage or twenty <br />feet (20'), whichever is greater: If combined, width of <br />garages or thirty-six feet (36'), whichever is greater. <br />R-3, Medium Density Residential <br />R-4, High Density Residential, and <br />R-O, Residential-Office <br />Thirty-two feet (32') <br />R-5, Mobile Home Park Twenty-four feet (24') <br />
