These survey questions were to be <br />available for residents to answer at the Festival in the Park event, scheduled for Saturday, <br />August 22, 2009. The booth would be open from 2pm to 7pm, and be staffed by members <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Below are draft survey questions for your review. Staff added an additional survey <br />question in regard to Town Hall Meeting attendance. Due to the decline in resident <br />participation, Staff felt it would be helpful to seek information from residents on why they <br />were not able to attend the Town Hall Meeting in April. Each question below would be on a <br />separate piece of paper. <br /> <br /> <br />1. At the Saturday, April 25, 2009, Town Hall Meeting, the City experienced low <br />resident participation. If you did not attend the Town Hall Meeting, could you tell us <br />why? Is it because: <br /> <br />o you were too busy <br />o you did not feel you needed to attend; City leadership is doing a great job. <br />o Saturday mornings are not convenient <br />o you were not aware of the Town Hall Meeting <br />o Other _____________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City of Mounds View needs your help in developing a City tagline. Mounds <br />View’s new tagline should: <br /> <br />• Reflect the City’s brand promise (refer the City Flyer for further information) <br />• Be easy to remember <br />• Easy to say <br />• Emphasize a compelling benefit to consumers <br />• Promote Mounds View’s location/geographic identity <br />• Be unique <br />• Be less than ten words
