<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7482 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />DON BURDA, TEMPORARY BUILDING INSPECTOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Don Burda has resigned from the Mounds View Community <br />Development Department effective July 23, 2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 8.9 hours as of July 23, <br />2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Don Burda’s current rate of pay of $28.08 per hour; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of vacation time will be 8.9 hours x <br />$28.08 = $249.91. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a one-time payout of vacation time not to exceed $249.91. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of August, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
