<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7485 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE <br />SPRING LAKE PARK LIONS TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT <br />ROBERT’S SPORTS BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT IN MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions have requested that the City Council allow <br />them to conduct charitable gambling at Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government <br />pass a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct charitable <br />gambling; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions are in compliance with all requirements of <br />the Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby authorize the Spring Lake Park Lions to conduct charitable gambling at Robert’s <br />Sports Bar and Entertainment. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of August, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
