The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Chapter 1105 of <br />the Mounds View Zoning Code, pertaining to zoning districts and map by deleting the <br />stricken language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 1105.01: Districts Established: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Establishment of Districts: The following zoning classifications are hereby <br />established within the City: <br /> <br /> a. Residential Districts: <br /> <br /> R-1, Single-Family Residential District <br /> R-2, Single- and Two-Family Residential District <br /> R-3, Medium Density Residential District <br /> R-4, High Density Residential District <br /> R-5, Mobile Home District <br /> R-0, Residential/Office District <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 5. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Chapter 1121 of <br />the Mounds View Zoning Code, pertaining to off-street parking requirements by deleting the <br />stricken language as follows: <br /> <br />1121.09: STALL, AISLE AND DRIVEWAY DESIGN: <br /> <br />Subd. 1.
