<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7487 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE MOUNDS VIEW CABLE COMMITTEE BY-LAWS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the April, June, and August Work Sessions, the City Council <br />discussed the role and mission of the Cable Committee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council directed the Cable Committee and City Staff to draft <br />Cable Committee By-laws to be consistent with other City committees and commissions; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, drafts of the Cable Committee By-laws were presented to the City <br />Council at the April, June and August Work Sessions for comment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, using the comments raised at these Work Sessions, the City Council, <br />City Staff and the Cable Committee worked together on drafting Cable Committee By-laws; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a final draft of the Cable Committee By-laws was approved by the <br />Cable Committee at their last meeting on August 17, 2009. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the attached Cable Committee By-laws. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of August, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />__________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
