His supervisor, Steve <br />Dazenski, has reviewed his performance as it relates to his responsibilities outlined in the <br />job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Brett Brisbois has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his <br />position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds <br />View Personnel Manual and the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7497, approving the wage increases. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br />
