PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Dan Mueller, 8343 Groveland Road, stated his concern with increased traffic and speeds on 30 <br />Groveland Road due to the reconstruction of Red Oak Drive. He stated the speed trailer has not 31 <br />been of benefit and asked that police cars visit the neighborhood to ticket speeding traffic. 32 <br /> 33 <br />6. COUNCIL BUSINESS 38 <br />A. 7:05 p.m. Public Hearing: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 824, 39 <br />Adopting a Five Year Financial Plan (for years 2010 thru 2014). 40 <br /> 41 <br />Finance Director Beer noted the City Charter requires that a five-year financial plan be prepared 42 <br />annually, presented at a public hearing, and adopted by ordinance. This ordinance was 43 <br />introduced in July of 2009. He explained the increase in the general fund for streets and that the 44 <br />utility fund adjustments will equal 8.5 percent to 9.5 percent.
