Her supervisor, <br />Sgt Steve Menard, has reviewed her performance as it relates to her responsibilities <br />outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Lafean has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of her <br />position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS Police <br />Officers Union Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7528, approving Officer Lafean’s wage increase. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br />
