<br /> <br />Item 07G <br />December 14, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Cable Committee: Jackie Entsminger has made her decision to not submit her <br />application for another term as a Cable Committee member. <br />Staff has not received any applications for volunteers. <br />Effective January 1, 2010, there will only be four (4) members <br />of the Cable Committee. This committee can have up to 7 <br />members. <br /> <br /> <br />Park, Recreation and Forestry Commission: Staff received two (2) reappointment <br />applications and no new volunteer <br />applications. The Park, Recreation and <br />Forestry Commission recommends <br />reappointing John Kroeger and Darren <br />Peterson. <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission: Staff received four (4) applications to the Planning <br />Commission: Todd Lang Paul Schiltgen, Keith Cramblit, Holly <br />Smith, and Julianne Love. Mr. Lang and Ms. Walsh- <br />Kaczmarek has have decided not to be reappointed to the <br />Planning Commission, and therefore did not submit an <br />application. At the November 18, 2009, Planning Commission <br />Meeting, the Commission recommended that Todd Lang Paul <br />Schiltgen, and Keith Cramblit, and Holly Smith be reappointed <br />to the Planning Commission, and Holly Smith be newly <br />appointed. <br /> <br /> <br />Police Civil Service Commission: Staff received application (1) to the Police Civil <br />Service Commission, Robin Marion. Staff <br />recommends reappointing Robin Marion to this <br />Commission. This Commission only meets on an <br />“as needed” basis. <br /> <br />Streets and Utilities Committee: Staff received two (2) applications to the Streets and <br />Utilities Committee. Faith Rynders, William Urbanski, <br />and Jim Kavanaugh did not want to reapply. The <br />Committee does not wish to make any <br />recommendations to the City Council, and would like <br />the City Council to make the appointment without <br />recommendations from this Committee. Public Works <br />Director DeBar does recommend appointing Sean <br />Walther and Todd Lang to the Street and Utilities <br />Committee. <br />
