<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7537 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REAPPOINTING MEMBER TO VARIOUS MOUNDS VIEW <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View Board, Commission and Committees consist of <br />members appointed by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there will be vacant seats effective December 31, 2009, in the Park <br />and Recreation and Forestry Commission, Planning Commission, Police Civil Service <br />Commission and the Streets and Utilities Committee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in addition to the commission and committee appointments, the City <br />Council will need to appoint a city alternate to the North Suburban Communications <br />Commission (NSCC). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The City Council does hereby approve the following Mounds View <br />residents to serve on the Park and Recreation and Forestry Commission: <br /> <br />Name Term Expiration (3-Year Term) <br /> John Kroeger December 31, 2012 <br /> Darren Peterson December 31, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />2.
