<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7548 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING SECTION 3.45 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW PERSONNEL <br />MANUAL PERTAINING TO CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br />TO THEIR RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to multiple non-union personnel changes since the last revision <br />was made to the Retirement Health Savings Plan (RHSP), non-union employees met to <br />consider whether the present RHSP language continues to suit their needs; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the non-union employees desire revisions to the contribution schedule <br />pertaining to the RHSP which do not change the amount of severance or contribution paid <br />by the city. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council revises <br />Section 3.45 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual as shown on Exhibit A as attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
