<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7543 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE TIMESAVER RECORDING SECRETARY <br />CONTRACT ADDENDUM FOR 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br />Planning Commission meeting since 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the attached addendum to the Recording Secretary Service <br />Agreement for 2010 includes no rate increase. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2010 service agreement addendum, as <br />attached. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
