<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7209 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR PROGRAMMING SERVICES <br />AND WEBCASTING SERVICES WITH THE NORTH SUBURBAN ACCESS <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has benefitted from webcasting services <br />provided by the North Suburban Access Corporation (NSAC) since 2006, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City communicated to the NSAC Executive Director that an <br />agreement would need to be authorized by the City Council before payment could be made <br />for webcast services; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested agreements (one for webcasting, one for related <br />programming services) have been received and are presented for City Council <br />consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the <br />agreements for webcasting of city meetings (Exhibit A) and associated programming <br />services (Exhibit B) for 2008 at a monthly cost of $32.86 and $242.14, respectively, and <br />authorize payment for services provided in 2007. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, THAT the City Council <br />authorizes an amendment to the approved 2008 Cable Budget (210-4350-3030) to <br />increase “Webstreaming” expenditures from $3,000 to $3,300. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
