Truth-in-Taxation Hearing 33 <br /> 34 <br />Finance Director Beer provided an overview of the City’s funds affected by the general tax levy. 35 <br />Finance Director Beer gave a PowerPoint Presentation outlining the general fund for those in 36 <br />attendance. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that Mounds View averages $378 per capita which is 39 <br />significantly lower than the state average. This is the third year in a row without a levy increase. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Finance Director Beer provided information and comparison of the last three budget years. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Gary Ackerman of 7564 Greenfield Avenue asked what funds are being transferred and how 44 <br />much. 45
