Inspector noticed improvement since the last inspection in early
December 2007. At the time of inspection inspector observed three new violations: 1.) an
accumulation of 20 tires along the rear of the house 2.) an automotive engine in the rear
yard; and 3.) Accumulation of miscellaneous automotive parts inside boxes.

At the time of this inspection a total of seven vehicles were present outside 8217 Long
Lake Rd. To summarize, four out of the seven vehicles present were in violation of city
code at the time of the February 1, 2008 inspection. Ms. Preciado contacted City staff on January 23, 2008 and
explained that her son who resides at 8217 Long Lake Rd, Tony Preciado, is ill with serious
