Resolution 7256 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat for a 19 unit townhome development was approved by <br />City Council on December 11, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Integra Homes has not completed all of the requirements for a final plat <br />application which had an original deadline of May 6, 2007, and was extended to February 29, <br />2008 and March 31, 2008, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Integra Homes has not paid the city attorney and engineering fees which <br />were incurred by the City as a result of these planning requests, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council denies the <br />rezoning, major subdivision and development review submitted by Integra Homes, for the <br />following reasons: <br /> <br />1. The applicant has not provided staff with necessary documentation and materials in <br />support of his application. <br /> <br />2. The applicant failed to submit the final plat within the timeframe specified by Section <br />1202.07 of the Mounds View City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that despite the denial of the <br />Knollwood Place plat, the applicant remains responsible to the City for the fees incurred in <br />processing the requests, which as of this date totals $7110.60. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Council directs staff to notify <br />Ramsey County of the Knollwood Place plat denial. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL
