RESOLUTION NO. 7259 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR GREG LEE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Greg Lee has resigned from the Mounds View Administration Department <br />effective April 4, 2008; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 181.44 hours as of <br />payroll period ending April 4, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused sick leave time is 436.05 hours as of <br />payroll period ending April 4, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Greg Lee’s current rate of pay of $44.32 per hour; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maximum payout of vacation time will be 181.44 hours x $44.32 = <br />$8,041.42; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of sick time will be 436.05 hours x 50% x <br />$44.32 = $9,662.64. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approve a <br />one-time payout of vacation time in an amount not to exceed $8,041.42 and payout of sick time <br />not to exceed $9,662.64. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
