RESOLUTION NO. 7260 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TEMPORARY GATEWAY SIGNAGE <br />FOR COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as part County Road 10 Corridor Improvement, it was <br />recommended by the City Council to install monument signage upon entering <br />from County Road 10 on both the east and west ends of the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are currently no gateway-entrance signs in place on <br />County Road 10 and the other smaller entrance signs are older and in need of <br />replacement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has researched signage options and has presented <br />numerous designs to the City Council for review and consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the purchase of two larger gateway-entryway signs <br />and 12 smaller entrance signs at a cost not to exceed $5,200. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk- Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
