Reports of Mayor and Council 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Marty asked Council to discuss overage pay for the employees that are picking up extra 35 <br />duties to cover for the absence of the department head in public works. Staff will review and 36 <br />make a recommendation. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty indicated that he discussed morale issues with staff, and Resolution 5555 is 39 <br />hanging over their heads. He then said that if it were used with the intent, it would be fine, but 40 <br />that Resolution was grossly misused in the past, and it has not helped the morale.
