Staff will review and 36 <br />make a recommendation. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty indicated that he discussed morale issues with staff, and Resolution 5555 is 39 <br />hanging over their heads. He then said that if it were used with the intent, it would be fine, but 40 <br />that Resolution was grossly misused in the past, and it has not helped the morale. He then said 41 <br />that he would like to discuss repealing the Resolution. 42 <br /> 43
