NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1.The feasibility report for the County Road 10 Trailway Project: <br />Segments 1-5, which was prepared pursuant to Resolution 6716, <br />and was submitted to the City by the engineering firm of Bonestroo <br />dated November 2007 is hereby approved. <br />2.Said improvements are hereby ordered on the basis of the <br />feasibility report, subject to the scope revisions stated in the Staff <br />Report prepared June 2008 and considered by the City Council on <br />June 9, 2008, and said improvements shall hereafter be known and <br />referred to as the County Road 10 Trailway Project: Segments 1-5. <br />Said ordering of the improvements shall be valid for a period of <br />eighteen (18) months from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br />3.The cost of said improvements shall be funded with Federal <br />Transportation Enhancement Funding, with the remaining funds <br />provided by the City of Mounds View Tax Increment Financing (TIF) <br />Fund. <br />4.The preparation of plans and specifications of said project is <br />authorized. <br />5.The preparation of the Project Memorandum of said project is <br />hereby authorized. <br />6.All activities associated with the preparation of temporary <br />construction easement and permanent easement agreements for <br />the construction of the proposed trailway improvements, which <br />includes discussions with property owners, necessary appraisals, <br />boundary sketches, legal descriptions, and drafting the legal <br />easement documents, are hereby authorized. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June 2008. <br />(ATTEST)____________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />____________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator
