<br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 810 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On July 14, 2008, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which revised <br />Chapter 8.06 of the Mounds View City Charter relating to the Certification of Administrative <br />Offense Penalties; and Chapter 12.14 and 12.15 of the Mounds View City Charter relating <br />to Fines and Civil Penalties. Both City Charter chapter amendments relate to the <br />certification of unpaid property-based administrative offense penalties. <br /> <br />The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
