Resolution: <br />Resolution 7307 has been prepared in accordance with the above discussion <br />and the recommendations adopted by the Streets and Utilities Committee. The <br />Resolution is attached to this Staff Report for consideration by the City Council. <br />Each issue has been identified separately in the Resolution, in the event that <br />Council wants to revise the specific parameters of any individual issue. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution 7307 <br />approving various design issues for the 2009 – 2010 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project as stated in the Resolution. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Joseph R.
