<br /> <br />Resolution 7314 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) of 5056 Greenwood Drive and the two adjoining lots <br />to the south as requested by the Applicant subject to the following stipulations: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall execute new drainage and utility easement documents and <br />arrange for their recordation along with the revised deeds and City Council <br />resolution of approval within 60 days of the date of said approval and furnish the <br />City with proof of recordation. Failure to do so shall render this approval null and <br />void. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall remove the existing shed from the east vacant lot (PIN 07-30- <br />23-44-0116) within 60 days from the date of Council approval. <br /> <br />3.
