<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7326 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />ATHORIZING AN INCREASE IN EVENT CENTER RATES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the YMCA Advisory Committee has discussed the need for a general rate <br />increase; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View desires to continue to provide and maintain an event <br />facility for the use of residents, local schools and local nonprofits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, increasing the rates for residents by 3% (tier I and II) and non-residents by <br />5% (tier III and IV) will allow the City to continue to offer a clean and well maintained facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires the rate changes to be effective on August 26, 2008 for <br />future bookings. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />does hereby authorize a 3% increase in tier I and II rates and a 5% increase in tier III and IV rates <br />for the banquet facility, kitchen and adjoining conference rooms.
