Resolution 7328 <br />Page 4 <br />7.The appeal shall be considered and decided upon by the City <br />Council at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Notice of <br />the Council meeting at which the appeal will be heard shall be <br />provided in advance to the property owner who submitted the <br />appeal. <br />8.Appeals may be withdrawn at any time up to when action is taken <br />upon it by the City Council. <br />9.The decision of the City Council regarding the appeal shall be final. <br />10.
