License fees for rental housing <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution 7330 that sets the following <br />city fees: <br /> <br />1. Rental dwellings with one rental dwelling unit - $60.00 <br />2. Rental dwellings with multiple units - $60.00 plus $8.00 per unit <br />3. Reinspection fee - $47.00 <br />4.
